Analysis questionnaire

to ascertain institutional readiness to implement TELRI

 

  1. Are the TELRI objectives understood?
  2. What is the organisational structure for supporting educational technology developments?
  3. Where do existing links with projects (internal and external) exist?
  4. What is the level of IT infrastructure? I.e. available software, hardware, courseware, platforms, specification of machines, access to internet and machines etc.
  5. Who are the key staff to be involved?
  6. What might be the most effective starting points with departments and academic teaching staff?
  7. Who will represent the institution on the Steering Group and play an active role in the Working Group team?
  8. In what ways might TELRI and the institutional support staff work with academic staff in the identification, support and dissemination of implementation projects?
  9. Is the time schedule given in the project plan feasible?
  10. How might the University make most effective use of the TELRI Staff Pack materials?
  11. What is the availability and preference for specific C&IT tools (may need to evaluate their appropriateness to TELRI educational objectives)?
  12. What use might be made of the TELRI web publishing tool?
  13. Are there any specific "wish-list" areas the University would like to see outcomes on?
  14. What discussion forums would be beneficial to supplement the TELRI mailbase lists: telri-institutions, telri-courses, telri-users.
  15. Has an IPR agreement been established?
