PHASE 1	Sep-Dec 02	Devising and using a framework (including other TLTP3/SCOTCIT projects in work funded by LTSN Generic Centre)
		Literature review
		Plan and deliver question structure for key staff in institutions.
		Plan and undertake a survey to identify issues and approaches across key representatives in participating institutions and including national support staff, including LTSN, relevant TLTP/FDTL project staff.
		Review findings
PHASE 2	Jan-Apr	Institutional learning and teaching strategy analysis
		Review strengths and weaknesses in terms of operational context against phase 1 findings and explore potential solutions
		Prepare reports, conclusions and recommendations and obtain feedback from institutional representatives.
		Analysis and comparison across institutions to develop generic models
PHASE 3	May-Jun	Institutional implementation strategies
		Produce guidance and recommendations for developing plans of action for implementation and evaluation
		Review and modify as required against phase 2 findings
		Present and discuss with each institution
PHASE 4	Jul-Aug	Dissemination materials and delivery
		Prepare a range of materials to present methodologies, findings, recommendations, models to relevant end-users Plan and deliver a range of dissemination events to the wider sector.
